Your satisfaction is important to us. If you need a refund or exchange for one of the reasons below simply contact us within 14 days after receiving your purchase and we will provide instructions to proceed.

  • The product I received is different from my order.
  • I notice upon delivery that the glass bottle is damaged or the product is defective.

We strongly suggest that you examine the product for defects and damages upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be unused, in the original packaging and same condition as you received it. To request a refund or exchange, please send us an email at with:
