本次活動以「一套三杯」Tasting Set 形式進行，特調將依序上桌。從越南早餐必有的蛋咖啡香到越南湯粉, 再加上 Jimmy 對越南郊區兒時記憶及草本風味，淬煉成三款極具層次的特調，讓你細細品味越南風土與現代調酒的交織。

RAW+Atelier 是胡志明市一個兩層式雞尾酒空間，氛圍寧靜而講究。由 Jimmy Nguyen 創辦，酒吧曾入選 Tatler Vietnam 全國二十佳酒吧，並榮獲 SIP Supernova Vietnam 2026 亞軍殊榮。

二樓 RAW 為日間咖啡酒吧；三樓 Atelier 則是晚間雞尾酒吧，以日本侘寂（wabi-sabi）美學為設計核心——每一處細節皆經過深思熟慮，目的不在於炫技，而在於營造一個讓人願意駐足、沉澱的空間。不以華麗取勝，而以餘韻動人。

This experience is presented as a three-cocktail tasting set, served in sequence.

From the egg coffee aroma of a Vietnamese breakfast and the herbal depth of Vietnam's iconic noodle soup, to Jimmy's own childhood memories of the countryside — each drink distills a different layer of Vietnam into the glass.

RAW + Atelier is a two-level space in Ho Chi Minh City, quiet and considered. Founded by Jimmy Nguyen, it has been named to Tatler Vietnam’s Top 20 Best Bars and earned the SIP Supernova Vietnam 2026 1st Runner‑Up.

On the second floor, RAW is a daytime café bar. Upstairs, Atelier is an evening cocktail bar shaped by wabi‑sabi restraint, where every detail is chosen to evoke rather than impress. Not to impress, but to linger.
