我們以「閉月羞花」紫蘇特別版利口酒為靈魂
除了品嚐「閉月羞花」紫蘇特別版外,
更特別調製三款以紫蘇為主角的雞尾酒——
「紫蘇檸賓」
「紫蘇菜蜜」
「紫蘇薑茶」
本次體驗以本地紫蘇為軸,
融合洛神花的酸香、紅棗的甘潤與辛香草本的暖意。
當配上大閘蟹,紫蘇的清芬與蟹膏的濃郁交織出微妙的層次,
既解膩,又添香。

Shiso x Hairy Crab — Cocktails Tasting Night
In traditional crab feasts, steamed shiso leaves, ginger tea, and aged rice wine have long accompanied hairy crab—a practice rooted in flavour and wisdom. The Roselle Shiso Edition reimagines this heritage with local shiso, roselle, jujube, and warm herbal notes.
This tasting presents a modern take on this pairing, featuring three bespoke cocktails—Shiso Ling Bun, Shiso Choi Mut and Shiso Ginger Tea —each designed to complement hairy crab through shiso's aromatic profile.
