本次活動以「一套三杯」Tasting Menu 形式進行，特調將依序上桌。

獨家聯乘微醺茶餐：

☕ 前菜：由 HK Coffee In Good Spirits 2025 比賽冠軍 Ricky Chan 調製的蛋撻 Irish Coffee 雞尾酒，隨杯附上奶萃咖啡，為大家在下班後提神醒腦。

🍅 主菜：由五味堂 Fany Fong 調製的羅宋湯雞尾酒［茶記版 Bloody Mary］，搭配大安茶氷廳熱騰騰的餐肉太陽蛋與迷你菠蘿油，帶來溫暖而滿足的飽足感。

🍧 甜品：最後以經典的「黑牛」雞尾酒完美收尾——將巧克力冰淇淋融入大安肥仔水特調雞尾酒，附上特製的「閉月羞花」啫喱杯。

1. 全場僅設 40 席，只限網上預訂，額滿即止。
2. 入座時間為所選時段，座位有限，建議準時到達。

4. 由於酒吧部分採用茶餐廳卡位設計，若預訂人數為 1–2 位，可能需要安排併桌（搭枱），座位順序將依據訂位時間的先後次序進行安排。

This experience is presented as a three-cocktail tasting set, served in sequence.

Exclusive Tipsy Cha Chaan Teng Menu: 

☕ Starter: An Egg Tart Irish Coffee Cocktail crafted by Ricky Chan, Champion of the HK Coffee In Good Spirits 2025 competition. Served alongside a Milk Brew Coffee to refresh and recharge you after work.

🍅 Main: A Borscht Cocktail [Cha Chaan Teng‑style Bloody Mary] created by Fany Fong from Clan & Co., paired with Tai On’s piping‑hot luncheon meat with a sunny‑side‑up egg and a mini pineapple bun with butter — bringing you pure, comforting satisfaction.

🍧 Dessert: A classic "Black Cow" cocktail to wrap up the night — combining chocolate ice cream with Magnolia Lab Magnolia and Tai On's Fat Boy Cola, complete with a specially crafted Roselle alcohol‑infused jelly cup.

1. Only 40 seats available. Online reservation only — while seats last.
2. Please arrive on time for your selected session.
3. If you wish to be seated with friends, please register under the same email address so we can arrange seating together.
   
4. As the venue features traditional Cha Chaan Teng booth seating, parties of 1–2 guests may be asked to share a table. Seating arrangements will be assigned based on the order of booking time.
